As I stand before you today, I am filled with a mix of emotions—gratitude, nostalgia, and excitement for the future. It has been a profound honor to serve as the acting general secretary of this esteemed association, and I want to take a moment to reflect on our journey together and to the role so rewarding. Together, we have navigated challenges, celebrated achievements, and made meaningful contributions to our mission.

– A working receipt for the occupants of Dagbala Youth Association stores
– A renewed certificate that guided the association throughout my acting tenure

– A credible , free and fair election.
Throughout my tenure, I have witnessed the incredible talent and commitment within this association. From organizing events and meetings to ensuring our strategies align with our goals, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most inspiring individuals. I am immensely proud of what we accomplished together in our projects, initiatives, and in fostering a positive working environment.
I would also like to express my deep appreciation for the incoming leadership. To my colleagues on the executive committee, thank you for your guidance and support. Your insights helped shape our direction and inspired me to strive for excellence.
As I pass the baton to the incoming secretary, I am confident that this organization is in capable hands. [Mr, Peter Stanley Osor], you are stepping into this role with a wealth of experience, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas. I encourage everyone to extend your full support to him as we continue to move forward. Remember that leadership is not about authority; it’s about service, vision, and fostering collaboration.
Please know that I will cherish the memories we’ve created together, and I’m excited to see how this organization will continue to grow. Even as I step away from this role, I remain committed to our vision and mission, and I look forward to supporting you in any way I can.
